Girl Child Soldiers - International Partners in Mission
There will be a special presentation by Sister Rosemary from IPM on Girl Child Soldiers on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 6:30 pm.
Sister Rosemary runs a program in Uganda that helps former child soldiers, particular girls, learn new skills like tailoring. These skills help them transition to being able to provide for themselves. Sister Rosemary's personal experience with these former child soldiers will provide for a fascinating discussion.
